With the introduction of our newest collection, NORDIC BLUE, we decided to do something we’ve never really done before. As a company, we’re known for developing our own fabrics to use in our collections, but our minimalist, mindful approach always seems to come into play.
Scroll through NORDIC BLUE and you’ll notice pieces crafted from a light grey, almost crosshatched fabric. That’s actually our wool-linen blend—a deadstock that was stored away in our factory.
Instead of producing a new material, we thought, “Why not use what we already have?” It’s our way of lessening the impact of wasteful production while also doing what we love—making timeless, understated clothing.
So moving forward, we’ll be utilizing fabrics, like our wool-linen blend, more often, producing pieces in limited quantities. We wanted to do our part in minimizing our footprint and are excited to see where this new creative journey will take us.
